Wafid Arabic Institute has educational partnerships and professional certificates for the core programs from Jordanian universities (currently with Zarqa University & Philadelphia University). This unique partnership allows our students to get a Certificate of Completion from a Jordanian University and also makes them eligible to apply for an Iqaama (Student Residency Permit) in Jordan. This distinguishes us from other private institutes in Amman who encourage their students to study on Tourist Visas. While that certainly is an option, having an Iqaama gives you more rights and the flexibility to have hassle-free travels to neighboring countries. Not to mention the avoidance of the 40 JD that you have to pay to get your visa every time you enter Jordan, or the entrance fees for many tourist locations, such as the 50 JD entry fee for Petra when you don’t have an Iqaama!
It is important to note that you will have to meet the requirements that are set by the University to apply for the Iqaama and to ensure you graduate successfully. These credits come at an additional cost. Students who wish to opt for this accredited-course will have to inform us in advance so that we can make the proper arrangements. At the end of the course, you will be certified by both Wafid Institute and the University that you applied for. Please visit our Tuition page for additional requirements and related fees.
